This Refunds and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through FiguresHub’s website (figureshub.in) and other platforms including Instagram and WhatsApp. By placing an order with FiguresHub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
1.1 Final Sales: All sales are final. No refunds will be processed once an order is placed.
1.2 Damage or Loss In Transit: FiguresHub ensures product safety and condition from order receive until handover to courier personnel. Any mishandling, damage or loss of shipment by courier company is NOT liable by FiguresHub.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing from FiguresHub through any platform, you explicitly agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
2.1 Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:
- Delivery of damaged products (internal product damage only)
- Delivery of incorrect products
2.2 Return Process:
- All return requests must be initiated within 4 hours of delivery
- To initiate, submit an uncut unboxing video showing that the package is completely unopened and following up with clearly showing the product’s condition after opening to: support@figureshub.in
- The outer packaging must be intact and undamaged, any damage caused in transit is NOT covered by FiguresHub
- Provide detailed description of the issue or damage
- Include order number and delivery details
2.3 Case-by-Case Evaluation: Each return request will be thoroughly reviewed and evaluated on individual merit. FiguresHub reserves the right to approve or deny any return request at its sole discretion if it finds any of the provided proofs not fit or incomplete.
3. REFUND TERMS
3.1 Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
3.2 Refund Denial: FiguresHub reserves the right to deny refunds if:
- Products show signs of tampering
- Return conditions are not met
- Products are not in their original condition
- The damage is incurred by courier company
- Outer box imperfections, scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage to packaging
- Any wear or damage to product boxes that does not affect the internal product
3.3 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
4.1 Standard Shipping:
- Base shipping fees (₹80/₹140) cover normal shipping only
- Normal shipping is NOT insured
- FiguresHub is not liable for damage, loss, or mishandling during transit
4.2 Shipping Insurance:
- Optional shipping insurance is available upon request
- Contact support@figureshub.in before placing your order to obtain insured shipping costs
- Insurance must be purchased before order confirmation
4.3 Risk Acknowledgment: By choosing normal shipping, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential damage or loss during transit.
5. PRODUCT CONDITIONS AND PACKAGING
5.1 Sealed Products:
- Sealed boxes may have minor scratches, tears, or dents
- Products are considered “Sealed” if wear is not major and contents remain secure
- For mint condition requirements, request product images before purchase (subject to availability)
- Major wear will be disclosed in product listings
5.2 Outer Box Condition:
- FiguresHub is NOT responsible for any imperfections, scratches, dents, tears, or cosmetic damage to outer product boxes
- Minor to moderate wear on outer packaging is considered normal and acceptable
- Only internal product damage constitutes grounds for return consideration
- Customers purchasing collectible items acknowledge that outer box condition may vary
5.3 Packaging Standards:
- All orders are packaged with appropriate protective materials
- In rare cases, courier mishandling may cause damage to outer packaging
- Low-quantity orders of inexpensive packs may be more susceptible to damage
- Customers acknowledge this risk when placing orders
6. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
6.1 FiguresHub’s Responsibility: FiguresHub ensures product safety and condition from order receipt until handover to courier personnel.
6.2 Transit Limitations: FiguresHub is not liable for:
- Courier mishandling
- Damage during transit
- Loss of products during shipping
- Decrease in product value due to shipping-related issues
- Any imperfections or damage to outer product boxes or packaging
- Cosmetic wear to packaging that occurs during shipping or handling
6.3 Customer Responsibility: Customers assume all risks associated with uninsured shipping and high-value purchases.
6.4 Box Condition Disclaimer: Customers explicitly acknowledge and accept that outer box conditions may vary and that such variations do not constitute grounds for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless specifically disclosed as major damage in the product listing.
7. CONSUMER RIGHTS
7.1 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with Indian law and under the jurisdiction of courts in [Navi Mumbai/Maharashtra].
